Very quickly, March is here! I was on the #SouperDiet in January, and the results have been souperb, so I’m all the more motivated to sustain a clean eating lifestyle! I have said many times that weight loss and learning how to love our bodies more, is a journey. We mustn’t beat ourselves too hard when we overindulge sometimes. Just like you, I had my share of CNY goodies! Let’s not be too caught up counting the calories, but count also our blessings. Now that the festivities are over, it’s time to get back to our new year resolutions!
