Launching in Taiwan has got to be one of our biggest moments! So what better to commemorate our Taiwan chronicles than with the iconic beef noodles! There is even an annual Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, inspiring innovation in Taiwanese chefs. Here’s our tomato-based spicy one for the local palate, a flavourful meld of cultures!
Ingredients: Beef stock (water, beef, onions, carrots, black pepper, bay leaves), grass-fed beef, white radish, carrots, potatoes, mountain yam, tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, spring onion, leeks, chilli bean paste, peanut butter, light soy sauce, Thai fish sauce, ginger, garlic, five-spice powder, cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli oil, salt, sugar, star anise, bay leaves, dried red chillies, fennel seeds, dried orange peel, dark soya sauce, butter, white pepper, corn starch, sesame oil.
Condiments: Homemade chilli in oil, homemade pickled cabbage, lime wedge, chopped coriander.
