SouperChef Special | Taiwanese-style Braised Beef Stew
Beef | Contains Gluten | Dairy-free | Slightly Spicy
Small eats are the big thing in Taiwan, especially beef noodles. Some call it the national dish, some say you haven’t been to Taiwan if you haven’t tried this representative delicacy of Taiwan! Well, you know how beloved it is when there is even a dedicated annual Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, inspiring innovation in Taiwanese chefs!
A rich blend of influences, Taiwanese beef noodles come in clear or saucier broths, both of which are revered for their robust punch of flavours. We’re spurred to create one ourselves—a tomato-based spicy one for our local palate! What a flavourful meld of cultures and ingredients! The most befitting spiritual slurp to commemorate our chronicles in Taiwan!
