This stew is an East Asian showcase, inspired by Hokkaido’s Ishikari and Jeju’s Haemultang! Ishikari is a popular miso-based hotpot with salmon and vegetables while Haemultang is a traditional spicy seafood stew.

Ingredients: Barramundi fish stock (water, barramundi fish bones, root vegetables, herbs), Kühlbarra barramundi fish, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, napa cabbage, white radish, beancurd, nato sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, green chillies, onion, garlic, ginger, shiro miso, dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles), chilli powder, salt, sesame oil
Condiments: Togarashi, chopped spring onion, shredded seaweed
