SG Assam-Style Mullet Chowder
(Contains Fish | Contains Dairy | Gluten-Free | Slightly Spicy)
Recently, I’ve dabbled into a little gardening myself in my front yard. I was determined to go beyond doomed dreams of wilted greens! With very conscientious caregiving, the yard is slowly transforming into a lush herb garden. Tiny as it may be, it required consistent heart and hard work. I’m truly in awe of our local farmers and their perseverance in committing themselves to quality produce on our plates!
Thus, we are souper stoked to celebrate and support the work of our local farmers! Presenting The Soup Spoon’s Assam-style Mullet Chowder, using locally farmed mullet! Farmed without injections, antibiotics and chemicals, you can be sure that the mullet is as fresh and healthful as can be! Nothing beats fresh off the farm! This SouperChef Special is elevated with the best of our local spices and ingredients and I’ve also included loads of vegetables so you can be sure it packs a punch in both flavour and nutrition! Unlike the relatively thin assam curry most of us are familiar with, this soup marries the East and the West and is thickened to be like a chowder. More hearty goodness in one tangy, tingling treat!
