This must be the most befitting soup to commemorate our 20th anniversary. Chicken soup was the very first soup I learned to make and it led me to become a “soupreneur”! This clear soup with noodles is light enough to enjoy with a main, yet satisfying enough to be savoured on its own!
Ingredients: Chicken stock (water, chicken, carrots, leeks, herbs), marinated chicken, celery, carrots, potatoes, linguine noodles (durum wheat), thyme, sage, garlic, onions.
Condiments: Basil pesto (made with basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, almonds, olive oil, garlic).
