About Anna’s


Anna’s is a sourdough-forward café, bakery and restaurant concept that aims to offer the benefits of prebiotics through healthful, nourishing meals. Located in the heart of Punggol, Anna’s incorporates the life-giving benefits of sourdough beyond bread. A healthful and halal menu comprising bread, pizza, pasta, cakes, pastries and even drinks is complemented by a retail selection that celebrates all that is nourishing, comforting and holistic.

Anchored by a philosophy of being “Better for Me”, Anna’s aims to offer exciting possibilities for the mindful, health-conscious diner who cares about the provenance of their food. Anna’s is named after owner Anna Lim, the founder of Singapore’s largest soup brand, The Soup Spoon, that launched in 2002.

Behind Anna’s is a team of food-loving and fun-loving folks who feed our sourdough starter that in turns nourishes you.


Souperchef Anna

Also known affectionately as SouperChef Anna at The Soup Spoon, she’s behind our entire sourdough-forward menu to celebrate all that is nourishing, comforting and holistic. Her sojourns into sourdough-making during the Circuit Breaker period brought her to a healthier place, both physically and mentally, even inspiring her to take a sourdough nutrition and digestibility diploma course from The Sourdough School.
